Rescuing NHS From Privatisation

You need to take Ceo's, Executive Directors, Directors and Managers out of hospitals and replace them with one person plus assistant, at the top. Take Cleaning, Catering, Sterilisation, Laundry and Ambulance services out of private hands, putting them, with the staff back in hospitals and under Health Authorities. Ambulance paramedics in Salford are on Zero Hours Contracts and were told they must work 10 hours before being allowed a break. This is criminal! Nurse training should also be taken out of universities, and put back on wards as  vocational apprenticeships, to make sure that patients are fed, and taken to the toilet or given bedpans or bottles as needed. Talk to us older nurses, who were taught by nurses and tutors who had come up through the ranks and knew what they were talking about. It's a scandal when a thousand patients died in 2014 from dehydration and starvation. We would have been sacked on the spot.
