Replace corporation tax

I propose that we replace corporation tax with a 3% tax on all UK sales whether made by a UK based business or an overseas business. This tax would replace tax on profits and would ensure that UK businesses cannot swerve UK tax by transferring profits overseas with dodgy royalty charges or management fees. R&D and start up companies would pay no taxes until they start making sales. It would also encourage overseas companies to locate in the UK and for UK based companies to strive to make overseas sales which would be tax free. That would be good for employment and result in more tax receipts for income tax and NI contributions.
