Annabelle Harle is a representative of Welsh CLPs on the NPF and is pleased to be a member of the International Policy Commission. She is Secretary of Cardiff West CLP where a current concern is the quest for new ways of campaigning. Before the 1997 devolution referendum Annabelle was a campaigner for parity with Scotland; she also worked to secure the use of mechanisms to promote gender balance in the Welsh Assembly Labour Group and is proud of the lasting difference this effected - there are more women than men in the 2016 Assembly Labour Group. Welsh reps worked hard for Welsh CLPs in the last NPF on all aspects of policy and plan to do so again.
